“The Inland Empire Black Film Festival was founded to provide a dedicated platform for Black filmmakers to showcase their authentic cultural narratives. Following our successful inaugural event at California State University, San Bernardino, we are returning for our second year to further amplify diverse voices and foster a creative hub within the Inland Empire community.”
